★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque un poco pequeño, es un muy buen lugar. La convención de café con chocolate le d un toque único a las bebidas y sus opciones de comidas tienen un gran sabor.
Deberían de tener un lugar donde poder cargar tu teléfono mientras esperas y consumes tus alimentos.
Pero descartando eso es una muy buena opción.

El servicio es atento y muy rápido, sin embargo, por su orientación es muy complicado sentarse a degustar el café cuando el atardecer te pega de lleno, por lo que es conveniente esperar un poco para pasar un momento maravilloso. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amabilidad y atención básica, si pides alguna variante como la temperatura no lo hacen, se los regresas y sólo le echan más leche (rebajando el producto). La calidad de las materias es el mismo que en otras sucursales, muy bueno.
1 estrella por su atención y 5 por la calidad de productos. Promedio 3, sólo paso si el antojo es muy grande.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy interesante concepto, el diseño es único y muy agradable, es algo diferente a los cafés de siempre, su variedad es grande y está a precios decentes, el Café con cacao "chilpetín" es una bebida con ingredientes que pueden parecer raros pero que funcionan perfectamente para darte una explosión de sabores con cada trago, el panque de chabacano se me hizo algo desabrido y seco pero la tarta de higo fue una grata sorpresa. El ambiente es muy tranquilo, ideal para platicar o trabajar, y tiene una buena vista.

Este lugar (Coapa) por la ubicación y el tamaño pudiera requerir una persona adicional. Los dos chicos no se dan abasto atendiendo a la cantidad de personas que van y a la limpieza de las mesas.
