The CHILTEPIN grows wild in the mountains of the State of Sonora, and northwest of Mexico. It’s harvested by hand, and it´s very important for the economy, and the culture of the places the chiltepin growns. We use Chiltepin pepper, Red dry peppers , dehydrated spices and purified water for the preparation of the sauce, using only high quality products. The main feature that chiltepin has, it’s that doesn’t change the flavor of your food, it only enhaces the flavors, giving a wonderful experience by using it. This product can be used with any type of food, such as: seafood, soups, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, fruits as well as burgers, cocktails, snacks. In our hot sauces, you can see the seeds of the peppers we use, and process in an artisan way in our factory.
