TIERRA MIA Hotel Boutique - 77310 Holbox

We had a hole week of staying in Holbox and we couldn't choose a better place then Tierra Mia, very clean hotel situated 1 block away from the beach, we had breakfast included and was very delicious, also Angel was a very good host and made our breakfasts feel like home We will definitely come back highly recommended

Great boutique hotel, good location 3mins from beach, 5mins to town, 10 to ferry. Well designed rooms, great free breakfast. Could do with a bar selling margaritas as well as beers.

Incredible boutique hotel in Holbox, we will definitely return! Fernanda, the manager is very attentive, considerate and helpful. The hotel is small so it's very quiet and private. The rooms are very clean and the pool area is the perfect chill spot for a sunny Holbox afternoon. The design/aesthetic of the the hotel is a highlight -- and the property is impeccably maintained. Highly recommended for an island getaway!

Food is such a win, great prices, great taste. They should do dinner man, please. And the hotel is lovely too, clean, very clean. Would like a bit more love, passion, excitement from customer service, it’s all about making the customer feel loved, welcome. but otherwise it’s great they were good, did the job. Manager is nice as well. So clean ? did I mention the food. The food is great, order double. Good for instagram as well, they have lots of sunbeds, swings, hammocks, benches on the ground floor and the pool too is lovely, go for a dip! I love the lobby most. Well done to the team, btw the food is great, probably better than anywhere else on Holbox for price, quality and flavour. Tell the manger to open up a place solely for food and keep the prices the same unlike elsewhere on Holbox which is just overpriced. Yes Tierra Mia! Nice! ? Thank you for having us. Ooh one more thing, WiFi in rooms needs to improve.

We stayed here for 5 days, and it was exceptional. The hotel is very new, and the rooms are clean and well laid out. The staff is very helpful and willing to give advice on things to do and see. Breakfast is free and very, very good. The courtyard is the standout. It's shady for most of the afternoon, and you can find some shade in the pool almost all day. The pool is great, especially if you get sunburned at the beach. All in all, it was a great stay and I'm definitely coming back the next time we go.

Conclusion: For sure you can get better places to say than this at the same price or even lower. What I really disliked from the moment I entered the property was the service. very unprofessional I wold say the lady from the reception had a very communist approach to people. First she let us pay and after that she told us that we can only check in at 3pm...and it was 11am when we got there...very brutal and aggresive..."this are the rules" The property was far from being fully booked. Also, same lady, when we check out at 12am she told us that we are not supposed to stay in the garden because we are not guests anymore. I was in the garden because there is the only place where you can have a decent wifi connection and I was really check-in to my flight. She said we have to exit the property because this are the rules...Super strange, I never experienced that in the past in all my 10 years of travelling throughout the globe... There are better properties in terms of price, quality, location and services. 100%

Lovely boutique hotel, located in the best part of the island convenient for Playa Mosquito. Beautiful room , pool and common areas, perfect breakfast. Staff proactive and friendly. Almost no internet as anywhere on the island, not a problem but be prepared. I would go back anytime
