Por temas de columna como dolor de ciática y hernias, los masajes descontracturantes y de piedras calientes, son la mejor opción para mí y creanme que probé en muchos lugares y con muchas terapeutas, la mejor sin duda es Almita (hasta en el nombre se refleja su conexión.)
También he probado reflexología, masaje de rehabilitación, de pareja y baños especiales, todos recomendables.
The best comprehensive therapy I have received! For years it has been a fundamental part of my quality of life.
For spinal issues such as sciatica pain and hernias, decontracting and hot stone massages are the best option for me and believe me I have tried in many places and with many therapists, the best is undoubtedly Almita (even in the name it is reflected your connection.)
I have also tried reflexology, rehabilitation massage, couples massage and special baths, all recommended.
