Más de 15 años han sido necesarios para llevar a Tierra y Cielo a la realidad:
Esfuerzo, tradiciones familiares, sacrificios, amor y dedicación, han sido la clave para desde el 1 de enero del 2007 hasta el día de hoy podamos brindarte lo mejor de la gastronomía chiapaneca.

Estamos infinitamente agradecidos con todas las personas que han hecho esto posible: aliados, colaboradores, familia, proveedores, pero especialmente a todas las personas que han confiado en nosotros para probar los sabores típicos de Chiapas, sin ustedes, nuestra historia no podría ser contada hoy.

Absolutely the best restaurant in San Cristobal! My husband and I were incredibly pleased to find this beautiful gem here. We absolutely love high quality food, and Tierra Y Cielo truly serves hugh standard food, combined with a touch of gourmet yet tradition. We loved it that much that we went back 2 evenings in the row! Alfredo our waiter was absolutely the best, and explained every dish perfectly providing incredible service and attention! Could not recommend enough!

Must go place in St. Cristóbal! Martha and her husband gave us great recommendations. They are passionate about food and they care about the qualities!! Every single dishes/drinks are highly unique but all inspired by local history and ingredients. We had breakfast here and came back for lunch on the same day. We have been in many Michelin restaurants in Aisia and Europe. This one is as good as those world class ones! And they won many national awards already!!

It's very good food, and the service was probably more attentive than anywhere else I've been so far in Mexico. However, I waited for an extremely long time to get the tacos al pastor (even though the restaurant was virtually empty), and eventually inquired if they're still coming. Maybe they didn't want to serve them while I still had quesadillas, but I had clearly set aside the plate, making room for the tacos. This alone would not have cost a star, but together with the slightly too high prices, I can't award all five.

This is one of the nicest restaurants I have eaten at in Mexico. The food quality and presentation rivals the best places you will find in Mexico City or any other major global city. However, keep in mind this really is fine dining. The tasting menu is a wonderful sampling of what Chiapas has to offer (I recommend it), but it will be prepared in a sophisticated way which is different from what you would expect at more local restaurants or at a market. The experience is worth it. A final note, I ordered their tasting menu with the “aguas regionales”. This was awesome. While they do have other options to pair the food with local beers or wines, I thought the experience of trying so many regional aguas frescas to be amazing. They are delicious and unique. Not the same drinks you find in other parts of Mexico.

One of my favorite restaurants in San Cris. Impeccable service and food was creative and delicious. Was my first time to see mixed blue and yellow tortilla. They provided amuse bouche and also gave us shot of pox/posh for free. The pan de muerto was made to order so it was the best I ever had. We also worked here for a bit; wifi was decent when we went. Pleasant and elegant ambience; definitely must-try place while you’re here

One of the best meals we have had in Mexico! Tried the seasonal 'flavours of Chiapas' menu, and it was delicious, from starters through to dessert. Also had excellent, friendly service. Highly recommend going!
