★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seria importante mencionar en la publicacion que no cuenta con agua caliente y por lo tanto no se puede utilizar el jacuzzi, estamos de acuerdo que por el precio sea posible pero si avisar, limpieza de la casa en general muy descuidada y al final te indican que tienes que dejar limpio, no fue una buena esperiencia
It would be important to mention in the publication that it does not have hot water and therefore the jacuzzi cannot be used, we agree that for the price it is possible but if warn, cleaning of the house in general very neglected and in the end they indicate that you have to leave clean, it was not a good experience

Está a 14 min del centro de san Miguel allende.
A very nice and safe subdivision, I liked the concept of the houses, it has tennis courts, a pool, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un condominio de reciente construcción, an agosto 2019, las casas cuentan con 3 recamaras no muy grandes, suficientes para 2 camas individuales o una King size muy justa, la sala es muy pequeña, la cocina y el comedor son de buen tamaño, pero creó que tiene espacios muy desperdiciado, lo que le roba mucho espacio a las habitaciones, el fraccionamiento tiene una casa club con alberca, juegos infantiles y una terraza con asador y sala de estar, en otra área hay una cancha de paddle, y al parecer una vez que esté terminado habrá un terrorista, el concepto es bastante bonito. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty but cramped home. Poor use of space. Should have designed with less balcony or rooms for more space. Poor quality materials such as screens that don’t close correctly or slide, many bugs come in. The grounds are pretty & quiet. The rules for the pool are ridiculous. There is no one even here and you cannot use the pool without reserving and no more than 2 hours because “COVID”. Guanajuato dropped all COVID restrictions so this is nonsense. Keep in mind before you rent or buy. I would not have rented here if this policy was known.
