TierraLuz is a solar powered Eco Community incorporates as much natural building as possible into the construction of our homes. We also have solar powered water distribution system that integrates the use of 2 solar water pumps. Our water gravity feeds to all private lots and common areas.

Residents and members of TierraLuz share approximately 9000 square meters of common area that includes a trail system, beautiful back slope with views of the lush jungle, top of Tierraluz yoga and meditation platform with amazing views to jungle and ocean, community garden, large open lawn area, community roads and parking lot. Mango, Passion Fruit, Papaya and several other tropical fruits grow in our Food Forests (orchards!) as well as Moringa, a green superfood that produces a constant supply of delicious greens. Other self sustaining edibles growing on the commons include Nopal Cactus, Wild Sweet Potato and Tumeric. Contact us for more information

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stunning commune. Very green. Solar powered, well water, septic, gardens. There was 1000 dragonflies at dusk, and fireflies later. Wholesome feel. A place you would want your family to be and thrive in this crazy world.
