Hizo lo posible por encontrar las piezas que buscábamos y se mostró muy flexible en todo momento. Les recomiendo busquen a Santos, el chico que nos atendió. Lo único que me pareció negativo es que tienen no más de 2 vendedores entonces la entrada a Tiffany es muy lenta, te hacen esperar en la entrada y el guardia es bastante inflexible, falto de amabilidad y modales. En ningún otro Tiffany del mundo que he visitado han tenido tan poco staff y han sido así de groseros al querer accesar a la tienda, es algo que lamentablemente sólo veo en México y se me hace pésimo. Es elitismo y no hace la experiencia de cliente lo que debería de ser: algo agradable y emocionante de principio a fin.
Our visit was very pleasant and enjoyable, all thanks to the friendly salesperson who served us. He did his best to find the parts we were looking for and was very flexible at all times. I recommend you look for Santos, the boy who attended us. The only thing that I found negative is that they have no more than 2 salespeople so the entrance to Tiffany is very slow, they make you wait at the entrance and the guard is quite inflexible, lacking in kindness and manners. In no other Tiffany in the world that I have visited have they had so few staff and they have been so rude when wanting to access the store, it is something that unfortunately I only see in Mexico and it makes me lousy. It's elitism and doesn't make the customer experience what it should be - enjoyable and exciting from start to finish.
