Didn’t get any refund whatsoever, and their phone contact online doesn’t work. If you’re going to sell an service online, at least tell your representative at the store about the reservation.

We rented two bikes for two days and they were really amazing!
Full Battery load with over 50 km load, helmet , and a strong lock is included.
The bikes have a cargo basket, front and backlight for security.
The shop is a small shop next to the street.
Carlos the shop Manager is very friendly and competent and he will give you a great introduction in how to use the bikes and where the best spots are to Go there with the bike. Of you have problems with the bike, you can call Carlos or WhatsApp him. He will help you then.
Very good english skills.
You can pay by Card, Cash or Paypal.
Highly recommanded, when you are looking for a special bike and a great expierience!
Costs: 2 Days we spent 100 USD and thats fair!

Would recommend for anyone who wants a quick and easy way to see everything in Tulum. Great service from the team at the shop. They even picked the bikes up from our hotel on our last day. Cant wait to revisit and rent these again!
