Best Indian restaurant in Mexico

L	Lia Westerberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. After three weeks of traveling in Mexico this place was one of few that served us the best food. As a vegetarian and avoiding eating fresh vegetables and fruits (tomatoes and lettuce etc) that’s been processed in water that could possibly make you sick - it becomes pretty difficult to get food with actual nutrition. Tacos and quesadillas from food stands are of course great in this country, but you can’t live off of bread, cheese and hot sauce for long. Therefore - this place brought me back to life. The flavors are authentic, food is filling and service top notch - nice, friendly and genuine. The place is clean and they seem to care about it all. I highly recommend.

We ordered food via Tomato, first of all, everything arrived cold (or this may be tomato responsibility but I order food on this platform every week since a year and never had this issue with any other place). Second the food as absolutely NO TASTE and is soul-less ! The “fried potatoes” come from frozen food and as very ugly taste. And the dishes 1/10 really. As my friend says “it taste like garbage”. So if you have appreciation for real Indian food… don’t waste your time with that place, you will only be highly disappointed.

You can taste the love and attention that’s been put into the food. Simply a must-go to if you’re visiting Tulum. Truly can’t recommend this enough: 10/10 on all categories.
A	Atira Alex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic Authentic Authentic!!! This is some of the best Indian food we have ever had and we are from Ottawa/Toronto Canada where there is amazing Indian cuisine. The spices are real authentic Indian spices and everything we got was amazing quality. We were beyond impressed and surprised to find such good Indian food in Mexico! The Mango Lassi was the best we have ever have. We also gotta the Masala, Dal-tomatoe, and the Dal soup. The owner was also there serving us and all the guests. When you meet him you understand why the food is of such high quality. 10/10 for food and overall experience.

S	Susie H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Indian food I’ve ever eaten. The garlic naan was fluffy and enough for 2 people. We ordered way too much! The aubergine and cashew cream curry were very good. We got extra side dishes with every order. The shrimp biryani wasn’t really special, but edible.

The owner is very friendly and checks on each table. I have lived in London and Houston and this was some of the best I've had. I come to Tulum about once a month and I'm going to hit up this place each visit for sure! Highly recommend!
