I give them 1 star because the treatment that the manager gave me leaves a lot to be desired, the very rude lady, the truth is I would not go to that branch again, it is bad that they have such rude people in a store like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve muy mala experiencia con esta tienda , eso si la atención para la venta muy buena, muy preparados para la venta, pero ya al solicitar un tema de garantía, pésimo servicio, nada que ver con otras marcas de prestigio, solicite apoyo a corporativo de la marca y está boutique mentía sobre el caso y me da la impresión de que esta boutique es una franquicia, por q se pierde la atención al cliente una vez q ha comprado algo, como q ellos piensan en q si aplican garantías pierden dinero, pero lo q pierden más q dinero es reputación y la confianza en volver a comprar en esa boutique, q si tienes problemas ellos no te lo resolverán y mentirán para, según mi percepción , no perder dinero.
I had very bad experience with this store, that if attention for very good sale, very prepared for sale, but already applying for a theme warranty, lousy service, nothing to do with other prestigious brands, ask for support Corporate the brand is boutique lying on the case and gives me the impression that this boutique is a franchise, q attention to the client is lost q once bought has something like q they think q if applicable warranties lose money, but q q I lose more money is reputable and trust buy back in the boutique, q if you have problems they do not work it out and lie to, in my perception, not lose money.
