Time to Laundry - 06700 Ciudad de México

El servicio, el precio, todo es excelente pero lo más importante es que la ropa siempre es como nuevo después de ir a Time to Laundry. Yo he probado otros más cerca de mi casa pero siempre regreso a este lugar porque es la mejor en todo la Roma.

Primera vez que utilicé el servicio en mi visita como turista a México. Y posiblemente última vez que lo haga. Me perdieron una prenda de más de $1000 MXN y no se hicieron responsables! Un desorden completo, cuando recogí mi ropa, había hasta una camisa que NO era mía dentro de mi bolsa. Quedaron en “llamarme” y nunca lo hicieron. Y no me repusieron el dinero siquiera.

LE DARÍA ESTRELLAS NEGATIVAS si se pudiera, PÉSIMA actitud de la señora, con cara de que te está haciendo un favor al atenderte, y encima no me aceptaron mi ropa porque por los pelos de mis gatos se pueden tapar los filtros. ES EN SERIO? Acabo de vender mi centro de lavado por espacio y en 10 años nunca tuve ningún problema con mis centro de lavado DOMÉSTICO porque tiene filtro, me están diciendo que sus lavadoras INDUSTRIALES se van a tapar? Entonces que clase de máquinas tienen??? Ni siquiera me hubiera enojado tanto de no ser porque el tacto de la señora fue groserísimo desde el principio. ASCO DE LUGAR!!!

Great customer service, great washing, good prices! Dropped 8kg of laundry off while traveling, had some delicate clothing that we didnt want dried in the drier and laundry was returned in perfect condition, smelt so good, all dried and very clean.

Pros: The woman spoke English and accommodated my requests to use hot water and skip the scented fabric softener. Prices were reasonable. Cons: 3kg minimum (I only had 1.5kg). The woman told me it wouldn’t be ready until after 4pm the following day at the earliest (despite my obvious dismay). I showed up at 10am (when they open) to add some things to what I’d dropped off the day before. She was flustered and said she told me not to come until the afternoon, but when I explained I just wanted to add a few items, she admitted my clothes were already done. I assume my things were washed with other people’s things, because she kept asking what was mine. Yuck. It was accommodating of her to let me pick up early since I was already there, but she made sure I knew it wasn’t their policy to return clothes in the morning. My clothes were a bit more beat up than usual, despite that I always wash them in hot water, so it could have been the detergent or the older commercial machines. Overall this was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t go back. Note: That row of glistening, new washing machines pictured when you Google this business is nothing like what is there in reality.
