Tried a dozen times with the showing realtor but he wasn't interested in helping out. We are cautious people. We didn't know anyone or anything about Mexican real estate.Found a condo we liked that Timothy had online, clicked on the link for more info that evening at home in Canada ,next morning Victoria Pratt contacted us. To make the rest of this longer story shorter,she was AWESOME! Made a great deal for us.After the sale we needed help with painters as we don't speak Spanish no problem she helped.We needed help with the local power company she took care of that. 2 years later we needed a car and she helped with that too. Highly recommend Victoria and her team for a very stressless purchase. We do love it down here!!

It seems they used to be good, not sure if there has been changes in their management, but buying property in Mexico is a challenge enough we really didn't want an agency that would let us down.

Gustavos was very honest and showed up when he said he would. I have a friend that used a different company and it has been 12-weeks and the sale still isn’t closed. I’m sure this won’t happen if you use Timothy. The sale went very smoothly and nothing was delayed. I would use them again!
