Llamé a atención al cliente y mi pedido todavía no sale de Bodega. Me informan que sale hoy pero todavía no tienen número de guía :(
Excellent prices. However, I scheduled a purchase with delivery in BCS 15 days in advance since I made the payment. I sent mail and whatsapp with no response. I called customer service and my order still does not leave Bodega. They inform me that they are leaving today but still do not have a guide number :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de atencion al cliente.Es imposible hacer un pedido por telefono o internet. En persona solo me dieron excusas al porque no recibi la information que pedi. El tiempo estimado de entrega esta totalmente diferente. Para concluir las tinas vienen sin manual. Lo unico que espero es que pueda encontrar la manera correcta de instalarla y que funcione.
Lack of customer service. It is impossible to place an order by phone or internet. In person they only gave me excuses because I did not receive the information I requested. The estimated delivery time is totally different. To conclude the tubs come without a manual. The only thing I hope is that I can find the correct way to install it and that it works.
