From our own experience, we also HIGHLY RECOMMEND this computer repair shop because of their very reasonable charges, expertise and experience.
The issues with our laptop were resolved right in front of us by Ramon ... while we waited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there after my computer just showed a black screen. Before that I was told by another "IT expert" that probably the screen is broken. However, Ramon fixed the problem by just pressing a few buttons while being friendly and not charging anything for this minor problem! I was told before that all repair shops in Playa del Carmen are terrible but this one is definitely an exception!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tints House is by far the best IT and laptop repair place in Playa del Carmen; maybe even all over Yucatan!
We almost had to retain from being digital nomads and leave Mexico, as our computer was having hard troubles!
But due to the great knowledge and in-Seth patience of Ramon, who is a partner at Tinta House, we found a way to stay in Mexico after he dissembled the entire laptop, worked for more than an hour straight in front of us (no waiting time at all), let us go through an emotional rollercoaster and finally served us a bright smile in happily telling us that he found a stable solution which lets us continue being digital nomads!
Thanks again a lot to you, Ramon! ??He definitely knows what he is doing and can by heart be recommended.
