★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre acostumbraba a contratar su servicio, pero en la última ocasión me mancharon un vestido, alegando que su plancha no funcionaba correctamente, lo deje más tiempo para que solucionaran y cuando lo busque simplemente dijerón que no podían hacer nada, sin asumir ningún tipo de responsabilidad. Los accidentes ocurren, y lo entiendo, pero su servicio al cliente me ha costado un vestido completamente nuevo.
No lo recomiendo para nada.
I always used to hire their service, but on the last occasion they stained a dress, claiming that their iron was not working correctly, I left it more time for them to solve it and when I looked for it they simply said that they could not do anything, without assuming any kind of responsibility . Accidents happen, and I understand that, but your customer service has cost me a brand new dress.
I do not recommend it at all.
