★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio muy malo. Las empleadas no son cordiales y no ofrecen servicio de desmanchado. Básicamente te dicen que van a echar las cosas a la máquina y como salgan te las van a entregar.
 Very bad service. The employees are not cordial and do not offer stain removal service. Basically they tell you that they are going to throw things into the machine and as they come out they will deliver them.

Bad service, the employees are very rude, if you forget your ticket they charge 30 pesos to return your garment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cero recomendado, lleve a lavar una gorra verde y cuando la recogí tenía manchas blancas por todas partes ademas perdió totalmente su forma, yo les comenté que era lavado en seco y la lavaron normal.
No lleven sus gorras.
Zero recommended, I took a green cap to wash and when I picked it up it had white spots all over it also completely lost its shape, I told them that it was dry clean and they washed it normal.
Don't wear your caps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente cuando se presenta alguna inconformidad, me porte de la mejor manera posible cuando me perdieron una prenda y ellas muy groseras ni me resolvieron... no se los recomiendo para nada.
Bad customer service when there is any disagreement, I behaved in the best possible way when they lost a garment and they very rude or resolved me ... I do not recommend them at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, he tratado de venir 2 veces y la primera es que dice que cierran a las 8pm... pero cierran a las 7 pm
La segunda vez que traté de dejar mis 2 vestidos, llegue 6:30pm y después de esperar 7 min a que alguien se dignara a aparecer en mostrador, no me quiso recibir ya que por "papeleo" no reciben nada 1 hr antes de cerrar.
Gracias, no vuelvo y ojalá que contraten personas que sí quieran trabajar.
Terrible attention, I have tried to come 2 times and the first is that it says that they close at 8pm ... but they close at 7pm
The second time I tried to leave my 2 dresses, I arrived at 6:30 pm and after waiting 7 minutes for someone to deign to appear at the counter, they did not want to receive me because due to "paperwork" they did not receive anything 1 hr before closing.
