Terrible service! They shrugged me a wool suit for not doing the proper process, they were left to send it to be fixed and they NEVER returned it to me, between the owner and the wife thousands of excuses. DO NOT answer for what they do wrong

Entregan la ropa limpia para planchado sucia, con botones rotos o de plano inservible por no hacer las cosas bien y por supuesto no se hacen responsables. No se arriesguen...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pierden prendas, no tienen las cosas a tiempo y ahora en crisis de COVID-19, ninguno de los empleados usa cubrebocas. Encima si les comentas
Que por respeto a los clienws deben usarlo, se ponen altaneros. Nada recomendable, mejor ir a la tintorería de Chichen Itza o caminar hasta Pilares y Cuauhtémoc.

That out of respect for the clients they should use it, they get haughty. Nothing recommended, better go to the Chichen Itza dry cleaner or walk to Pilares and Cuauhtémoc.
