Tintorería Bosques se preocupa constantemente por su huella en el medio ambiente, por lo que buscamos promover acciones claras que impacten en la conciencia ambiental de nuestra sociedad.
Desde hace varios años,nos comprometimos a neutralizar la emisión de CO2 de nuestros procesos, a promover la reutilización de ganchos y a reemplazar las bolsas de plástico por portatrajes 100% biodegradables y 90% reciclables. A partir del 2017, todo el consumo eléctrico de nuestras plantas de proceso será de energía de origen renovable gracias a nuestra alianza con Grupo Dragón.
Desde el 2013, introducimos el proceso Lagoon ® a nuestro proceso. Lagoon ® utiliza un sistema de agua y detergentes biodegradables, en lugar de disolventes químicos, lo cual reduce el riesgo de inhalación, quemaduras y alergias. El resultado es un sistema único que es un paso adelante en el cuidado profesional de las prendas delicadas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar!! El 5 de enero llevé a lavar aquí mi vestido de novia y mi mantilla, y acordaron que estaría listo el 1 de febrero. Fui a recogerlo el 9 de febrero y no tenían el vestido. La mantilla tenía unas manchas amarillas que no estaban cuando se los dejé, la señorita de ahí me dijo que ya las tenía y que eran manchas muy difíciles de sacar, que si quería pagara un tratamiento especial y más fuerte, pero decidí llevarmelo así. Al llegar a la casa le apliqué vanish y las manchas desaparecieron. En cuanto al vestido, desde el 9 y hasta el 21 de febrero fue una pelea constante por teléfono porque no me sabían decir en dónde estaba o quién se hacía responsable. El 22 de febrero ya lo tenían en la sucursal, pero me lo entregaron roto de la cauda (eso ya no me lo pudieron achacar a mí) así que les exigí que lo repararan, finalmente el 3 de abril me lo entregaron ya remendado. Además, al reverso de la nota viene una cláusula que indica que por cada día que ellos se atrasen en devolver la ropa, se hace un 1% de descuento sobre el total a pagar, pues olvídense!! No lo respetan!! En conclusión, el servicio es caro, en lugar de limpiar arruinan la ropa y no respetan sus propios términos y condiciones.
Terrible place !! On January 5, I took my wedding dress and mantilla to wash here, and they agreed that it would be ready on February 1. I went to pick it up on February 9 and they didn't have the dress. The blanket had yellow spots that were not there when I left them, the lady there told me that she already had them and that they were very difficult spots to remove, that if she wanted she would pay for a special and stronger treatment, but I decided to take it like that. On reaching the house I applied vanish and the stains disappeared. As for the dress, from February 9 to February 21 it was a constant fight on the phone because they did not know how to tell me where I was or who was responsible. On February 22 they already had it at the branch, but they gave it to me broken out of hand (that they could no longer attribute to me) so I demanded that they repair it, finally on April 3 they delivered it to me already mended. In addition, on the back of the note comes a clause that indicates that for each day that they are late in returning the clothes, there is a 1% discount on the total to be paid, well, forget it !! They don't respect it !! In conclusion, the service is expensive, instead of cleaning they ruin clothes and do not respect their own terms and conditions.
