Tintorería Bosques se preocupa constantemente por su huella en el medio ambiente, por lo que buscamos promover acciones claras que impacten en la conciencia ambiental de nuestra sociedad.
Desde hace varios años,nos comprometimos a neutralizar la emisión de CO2 de nuestros procesos, a promover la reutilización de ganchos y a reemplazar las bolsas de plástico por portatrajes 100% biodegradables y 90% reciclables. A partir del 2017, todo el consumo eléctrico de nuestras plantas de proceso será de energía de origen renovable gracias a nuestra alianza con Grupo Dragón.
Desde el 2013, introducimos el proceso Lagoon ® a nuestro proceso. Lagoon ® utiliza un sistema de agua y detergentes biodegradables, en lugar de disolventes químicos, lo cual reduce el riesgo de inhalación, quemaduras y alergias. El resultado es un sistema único que es un paso adelante en el cuidado profesional de las prendas delicadas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me perdieron una pieza del vestido de novia que lleve, llevan dos semanas de retraso después de la fecha en que quedaron de entregarlo y aún no está. Después me lo iban a entregar en mi oficina y nunca llegó el mensajero. La dependienta de la tienda no tiene ninguna autoridad para tomar una decisión y es muy descortés y cobran demasiado por el servicio que dan! Cuando finalmente pude recoger el vestido, me doy cuenta de que cambiaron el aro del cancán por otra de mucho menor calidad, hechizo y que no cumple con su función. Pésimo servicio!!!!
Terrible service, they lost me a piece of the wedding dress that they wear, they are two weeks late after the date they left to deliver it and it is not there yet. Then they would deliver it to me in my office and the messenger never arrived. The store clerk has no authority to make a decision and is very impolite and overcharged for the service they give! When finally I was able to pick up the dress, I realize that they changed the cancan ring for another one of much lower quality, spell and that does not fulfill its function. Terrible service!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado en trabajos de sastrería, no toman en cuenta lo que pide el cliente.
Supuestamente piden autorización pero la realidad es otra. Si van pidan que sea por escrito la autorización porque sino la empresa se lava las manos diciendo que el cliente dio la autorización aunque esta no se a cierta.
Comparto la opinión anterior de que tienen gente nefasta tanto en la sucursal como en atención a cliente; es poco ética y el cliente es el último que importa.
Be careful in tailoring work, do not take into account what the client asks.
They supposedly ask for authorization but the reality is different. If they go ask that it be in writing because otherwise the company washes its hands saying that the client gave the authorization even if it is not true.
I share the previous opinion that they have disastrous people both in the branch and in customer service; It is unethical and the customer is the last one that matters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llevé un traje y tardan 4 días hábiles en entregar, acudí 30 min después de la hora que dijeron estaría listo y resultó que aun no lo tenían, ni una disculpa siquiera. Encima me dijo la encargada que a lo mejor a las 7pm llegaba mi ropa, me fui a petco a dar una vuelta para hacer tiempo, regresé 7:10(por si tardaba mas), y ¡sorpresa! Ya habían cerrado.
Espero que mañana ya esté mi ropa y nunca mas vuelvo.

Terrible service, I brought a suit and they take 4 business days to deliver, I went 30 minutes after the time they said it would be ready and it turned out that they still didn't have it, not even an apology. On top of that, the manager told me that maybe my clothes would arrive at 7pm, I went to Petco for a walk to kill time, I came back at 7:10 (in case it took longer), and surprise! They had already closed.
I hope my clothes are ready tomorrow and I'll never come back.
