★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy bueno, suelen tener la ropa a tiempo. Te entregan la ropa que envías a lavandería muy bien doblada, lo cual hace que parezca casi planchada. Si necesitas tu ropa con urgencia, a veces suelen tenerla antes de lo que esperabas.
The service is very good, they usually have the clothes on time. They deliver the clothes you send to the laundry very well folded, which makes it look almost ironed. If you need your clothes urgently, sometimes they tend to have them sooner than you expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamás abren a las 8 como dice afuera, ni tampoco a las 9,abren mínimo 9:30 am pero eso sí son súper puntuales para cerrar. No hay servicios urgentes, por muy urgente se tardan mínimo 2 o 3 días hábiles, nunca te llaman si tu ropa está lista aunque lo pidas ni funciona su teléfono. Ya cuando la entregan sí está planchada pero cada que la llevaba siempre pasaba algo con alguna (siempre había excusas) y perdieron mi blusa favorita . Si no tienes prisa ni ropa de valor es buen lugar, pero si tienes el tiempo contado y ropa apreciada, te recomiendo que busques otro.
They never open at 8 o'clock as it says outside, nor at 9 o'clock, they open at 9:30 a.m. but they are super punctual to close. There are no urgent services, however urgent they take at least 2 or 3 business days, they never call you if your clothes are ready even if you ask them or your phone does not work. When they deliver it, it is ironed, but each time it was worn, something always happened (there were always excuses) and they lost my favorite blouse. If you are not in a hurry or value clothes, it is a good place, but if you have the time and clothing appreciated, I recommend you look for another.
