Entiendo que a veces suceden los accidentes pero no hacerse responsable o simplemente dar una razón, una disculpa al cliente eso es lo que no está bien. Sinceramente no lo recomiendo.
Some details of my wedding dress were ruined ? and the owner was very rude when asking for an answer. I understand that accidents sometimes happen but not be responsible or just give a reason, an apology to the customer that is not right. I honestly do not recommend it.

They stained a jacket on me, they were not responsible, saying that it was like that when I wore it.
