★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos días les entregué una corbata para que le quitaran una mancha. Sin embargo, la tintorería Easy Clean la trato tan mal que cuando me la entregaron la corbata estaba engrapada y además había perdido su forma, color y textura original.
Literalmente pareciera que mancharon toda la corbata para que no se viera la mancha. Lamentable.
Arruinaron mi prenda. Si estiman mucho su ropa o tienen prendas de calidad, para nada las dejen en este establecimiento. No tienen el más mínimo cuidado.
A few days ago I gave them a tie to remove a stain. However, the Easy Clean cleaners treated it so badly that when they delivered it to me the tie was stapled and also had lost its original shape, color and texture.
It literally looks like they stained the entire tie so the stain wouldn't show. Regrettable.
They ruined my garment. If your clothes are highly valued or have quality garments, do not leave them in this establishment at all. They are not the slightest bit careful.
