★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensaba era un servicio serio pero no respeta sus horarios. Se supone cierran los domingos a las 5pm y al ir ya estaban cerrando desde 25 min antes.
 I thought it was a serious service but it doesn't respect its schedules. It is supposed to close on Sundays at 5pm and they were closing since 25 min before going.

La ultima visita la persona que me atendió fue muy grosera me hizo un comentario de "si sabe leer?" que considero que en cualquier circunstancia es un comentario correcto y menos en el ambiente laboral, no me entregó completo fue grosera no me quizo turnar con su encargado me estuvo grabando. Si bien yo pasé por mis prendas 2 horas antes que la nota mencionaba no tenía mi ropa lista, eso lo hice porque siempre me guiaba de la fecha de entrega que me daba el personal y no el de la nota (siempre eran diferente, pero entregaban. Ese fue mi error) pero de ninguna circuntancia tuvo que ser grosera desde el momento uno que hablé con ella. no me quizo dar su nombre completo me dijo que se llama Elvia Lilia González pero no creo que sea su verdadero nombre, intente poner una queja en su página pero no hay respuesta .... no recomiendo que vayan a ese lugar porque el servicio fue completamente grosero.
