★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, lleve varias cosas, al recogerlas no me di cuenta que faltaba un cubre colchón y al regresar sabían perfecto que estaba a mi nombre y me estaban esperando para entregarlo.
Excellent service, take several things, when I picked them up I did not realize that a mattress cover was missing and when they returned they knew that it was my name and they were waiting for me to deliver it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve una chamarra un día lunes y según me la entregaban al día miércoles, Fui el día miércoles y me dijeron que aún no la tenían lista , regrese ese mismo día y me la entregaron oliendo feo, y ni siquiera le quitaron unas manchas que son fáciles de quitar, pésimo servicio, ojalá cierren estás sucursales pronto, yo no sé cómo existen estás tiendas, uno les da la oportunidad por qué cobran más caro y alomejor uno piensa que es mejor el servicio y al final son puras patrañas
I took a jacket on a Monday and as they gave it to me on Wednesday, I went on Wednesday and they told me that they still did not have it ready, I returned that same day and they gave it to me smelling ugly, and they did not even remove some stains that are easy to remove, terrible service, hopefully these branches will close soon, I don't know how these stores exist, one gives them the opportunity why they charge more expensive and maybe one thinks that the service is better and in the end they are pure bullshit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En maps dice que cierra a las 8, fuera del lugar tienen un cartel que dice que cierran a las 8 y dentro una muchacha te dice que cierran a las 7, solo vine a perder mi tiempo
On maps it says that it closes at 8, outside the place they have a sign that says they close at 8 and inside a girl tells you that they close at 7, I just came to waste my time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MALO, MISERABLE Y CARO. Al recoger mi vestido pedí una bolsa, a lo cual me dijeron q ya no daban bolsas. Por lo q cobraron $650 pesos, mínimo deberían entregarlo en una bolsa plástica q resista; contestándome que si quería el alto vacío serían $700 pesos más. Y al no acceder me lo entregaron sin una bolsa, pésimo y miserable el servicio al cliente.
BAD, MISERABLE AND EXPENSIVE. When picking up my dress I asked for a bag, to which they told me that they no longer give bags. For what they charged $650 pesos, they should at least deliver it in a plastic bag that resists; answering me that if I wanted the high vacuum it would be $700 pesos more. And by not accessing, they gave it to me without a bag, lousy and miserable customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos años era un excelente servicio, pero ahora no, me quemaron un abrigo en enero y apenas nos dimos cuenta que a un pantalón lo quemaron al grado de dejarle los agujeros.
A few years ago it was an excellent service, but not now, I had a coat burned in January and we hardly realized that a pair of pants was burned to the point of leaving holes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo pero muy pésimo servicio se dejaron las fundas de unos colchones manchadas y muy mal lavadas, al igual que una funda de una colchoneta y las fundas de las almohadas, reclamas pero no dan solución y para colmo solicitas factura y dicen que hasta el termino de mes la dan cuando por obligación deben de darla máximo al día siguiente ya que el SAT así lo estipuló... Nada recomendable BUSQUEN OPCIONES...
Terrible but very terrible service, the covers of some mattresses were left stained and very poorly washed, as well as a mattress cover and the pillow cases, you complain but they do not give a solution and to top it off you request an invoice and they say that until the end of month they give it when by obligation they must give it maximum the next day since the SAT stipulated it... Nothing recommendable LOOK FOR OPTIONS...
