La primera ocasión la dejé pasar justificando q quizas por la carga de trabajo quemaron el cuello de mi abrigo; la segunda ocasion solo era cuestion de planchar 3 pantalones, solo eso y yo debia volver 24 horas después. El caso es que regrese y no estaba aún el servicio, volvi a las 48 h y no estaban listos y aparte no los encontraban. Al final los hallaron y me pidieron q me esperara, lo cual ni loco aceptaria. Nos molestamos ambas partes pero yo perdi tiempo, ellos un cliente, aunado a q mis prendas iban en gancho sencillo y no me los devolvieron, asi que regrese con ropa en mano como limosnero.
I wanted to enter 0 stars. The first time I let it go by justifying that perhaps because of the workload they burned the collar of my coat; The second occasion was only a matter of ironing 3 pants, only that and I had to come back 24 hours later. Anyway, I came back and the service wasn't there yet, I came back at 48 hours and they weren't ready and they couldn't find them. In the end they found them and asked me to wait for me, which I would not accept. Both parties bothered us but I lost time, they a client, added to the fact that my clothes were on a simple hook and they did not return them, so I returned with clothes in hand as a beggar.
