★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ME arruinaron un abrigo de 4000 pesos porque se quedaron con la tira que lo amarra, la perdieron y no quisieron bscarla cuando fui con el abrigo a dar la queja. La dependienta es terrblemente soberbia y dá una PÉSIMA atención. Se negó a buscarla y cuando le dije que iba a poner una queja a la Profeco me dijo que adelante, que hiciera lo que me diera la gana!!!! ANteriormente me desaparecieron un vestido de noche 2 años y decían que no lo tenían, y lo vi un dia que entré tirado en el piso!! NO lleven a lavar su ropa ahi!!!
They ruined a coat of 4000 pesos because they kept the strip that tied it, they lost it and they didn't want to look for it when I went with the coat to make the complaint. The saleswoman is terribly arrogant and gives a LITTLE attention. He refused to look for her and when I told him that I was going to make a complaint to Profeco he told me to go ahead, to do whatever I wanted! Previously I disappeared a 2 year evening dress and said they did not have it, and I saw it one day I entered lying on the floor! DO NOT take your clothes there!
