Van dos veces que le vuelan un botón de las mangas al traje y 4 veces que le vuelan botones al pantalón de los bolsillos de atrás. Jamás vuelvo a ir a esta tintorería de franquicia chafísima que no tiene el más mínimo respeto por las prendas de los usuarios ni por los clientes mismos.
These people are worth mothers take care of the garments they are commissioned. Two times they fly a button of the sleeves to the suit and four times they fly buttons to the pants of the back pockets. I never go back to this dry franchise that does not have the slightest respect for the garments of the users or the customers themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me entregaron el traje todo arrugado y regresé a preguntarle si lo habían planchado (obvio no)! Muy mal servicio!! Lástima porque no son todos los trabajadores de ahí!! Pero por unos se llevan a todos!!

Le escribo para manifestar mi inconformidad con el servicio. He llevado pantalones a lavar y planchar tres veces consecutivas a planchar pantalones pidiendo específicamente que les hagan la raya.
En las tres ocasiones me los han entregado sin raya teniendo que esperar el tiempo necesario para que los vuelvan planchar.
Pero hoy ya fue el colmo!!! Voy por ellos y la señorita que me atiende me asegura que no se lo dije porque ella no lo apunto.... No será más bien que por tercera vez NO LO HA APUNTADO.
Creo que si hubiera aceptado nuevamente SU ERROR no me hubiera molestado tanto.
Me parece importante que cuiden estos detalles...pero sobre todo que no pongan en duda al cliente sobre todo cuando es la TERCERA vez que ellos comenten un error.

Good Morning!
I am writing to express my disagreement with the service. I have taken pants to wash and iron three times in a row to press pants specifically asking to be parted.
On the three occasions they have been delivered to me without a line, having to wait the necessary time for them to be ironed again.
But today was the last straw !!! I go for them and the lady who attends me assures me that I did not tell her because she did not write it down .... It will not be rather that for the third time she HAS NOT RECORD IT.
I think if he had accepted HIS MISTAKE again it would not have bothered me so much.
It seems important to me that they take care of these details ... but above all that they do not question the client, especially when it is the THIRD time that they make a mistake.
