★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas tardes, el día de ayer, asistí a la tintorería PRONTO y deje una prenda color azul cielo marca NAUTICA, para el servicio de tintorería, el sueter tenia solo una puesta, el motivo de llevarlo fue por una ligera mancha de salsa en la parte de abajo frontal, hoy que fui por por el me lo entregaron con manchas blancas en todo el sueter, esta prenda la compre en Estados Unidos de América, me costo 50 dolares, exijo que paguen la prenda y me hagan la reposición del daño a la brevedad posible. cabe mencionar que fui a la sucursal y me dan vueltas para darme una solucion y se echan la culpa entre empleados, pedi hablar con el supervisor y me fue negado, por este medio quiero que me digan que podemos hacer, antes de llegar a otra instancia legal.
lo sucedido fue en SAGREDO 252 COL. GUADALUPE INN DEL ALVARO OBREGON NUMERO DE SERVICIO FUE L26807 EL DÍA MIÉRCOLES.

It is worth mentioning that I went to the branch and they turn me around to give me a solution and they blame themselves among employees, I asked to speak with the supervisor and it was denied, by this means I want them to tell me what we can do, before reaching another instance legal.

Fueron seis meses, además el pago es por adelantado y se quedan los datos del cliente, obviamente iba a regresar por mi ropa. Apesta esta tintorería muy muy mal?
