They lost a pair of shorts…I let it go….then they lost a pair of jeans and a t-shirt that I loved! :( and obviously it's not your responsibility.

The personal is ver kind and helpful. The clothes are always delivered in a timely manner and the prices are quite adequate. Very formal in their treatment of the client.

Entregaron todo como si no lo hubieran lavado NI UNA vez y al comentarles esto cuando recibí mi ropa, me dijeron que lo habían lavado todo dos veces y que no podían lavarlo más. Son manchas que con BABA se quitan, como que lo lavaron dos veces?! Aparte súper antipático chico sin pelo. Nunca más.
Ah, obvio tampoco entregan a tiempo.
Terrible service. They delivered everything as if it hadn't been washed EVER once and when I told them this when I received my clothes, they told me that they had washed everything twice and that they couldn't wash it anymore. They are stains that are removed with BABA, like they washed it twice?! Besides super unfriendly boy without hair. Never more.
Oh, obviously they don't deliver on time either.

While understandable if they require the ticket to return your items, they should remind their clients of this especially when they see they are from another country, instead of pointing to the sign when you arrive ticketless and in a rush. The main front desk guy has quite the attitude and forgets they are providing a service to customers, not the other way around. Two stars.
