★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, lavaron sacos de lana cuando era servicio de tintorería, provocó que se encogiera, redujo el tamaño y al hacer el reclamo no se hicieron responsables y peor aún dieron una pésima atención, son unos incompetentes que aparte no se hacen responsables

Además, cuando fui a recoger mi traje, aún ni siquiera estaba terminado, tuvieron que detallarlo al final. Por lo que no estuvo en el horario previamente pactado. No lo recomiendo, hay más opciones cerca.
The dry cleaning service is slow, and the ladies who serve it do so reluctantly. Also, when I went to pick up my suit, it wasn't even finished yet, they had to detail it at the end. So it was not in the previously agreed schedule. I don't recommend it, there are more options nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor tintorería en Querétaro, son unos rateros, no te ponen las piezas que llevas y te las entregan igual de sucias que como las llevaste, un trato pedante e irrespetuoso... Nunca vallan a este lugar el peor servicio que he recibido en Querétaro, desde la empleada hasta los dueños, groseros altaneros y déspotas... Aparte de que no te lavan las piezas y en lugar de soluciónar te dicen que te largues y que le llamarán a la policía por no quererte entregar tu ropa, de verdad son unos muertos de hambre se ponen altaneros y super groseros, de verdad no sé cómo este tipo e gente maneja estos lugares...
