★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima actitud de la persona que me atendió... Llevo más de diez años siendo cliente de Tintorería Real Condesa y hoy decidí no dejar mi ropa y no volver más!!! Voy a probar con Pristine Alta Tintorería.

Llevé una gabardina un sábado y me dijeron que estaría lista de ese lunes al siguiente osea 9 días, fuí el Lunes como acordamos y no estaba lista, me dijeron que volviera al siguiente día, regresé al siguiente día y nada... que ahora si hasta el siguiente, resulta que ese día me escriben diciéndome que ya está lista pero que hubo un problema con los botones, se despintaron, son unos botones con una pintura plastificada, difícil de conseguir y es una prenda cara; regularmente hago la tintorería en otro lugar y nunca tengo inconvenientes, pero desgraciadamente ese día estaba cerrado aquel lugar y confié en que Tintorería Real iba a hacer un buen trabajo, pero me equivoqué PÉSIMO LUGAR, PÉSIMO SERVICIO.
TERRIBLE PLACE
I wore a raincoat on a Saturday and they told me it would be ready from that Monday to the next I mean 9 days, I went on Monday as we agreed and it was not ready, they told me to come back the next day, I came back the next day and nothing ... now if Until the next day, it turns out that they write to me that day telling me that it is ready but that there was a problem with the buttons, they came off, they are buttons with a plasticized paint, difficult to obtain and it is an expensive garment; I regularly do the dry cleaning in another place and I never have problems, but unfortunately that day that place was closed and I trusted that Royal Dry Cleaner was going to do a good job, but I was wrong. BAD PLACE, BAD SERVICE.

Me regresaron el edredón con menos relleno y se ve super obvio que le metieron otra puntada para sellar las aberturas, el hilo que le pusieron es blanco y el hilo del edredón es rosa.
Todo un lado de mi edredón quedo plano cual tortilla. Que triste
Don't carry your duvets.
They returned the quilt with less padding and it seems super obvious that they put another stitch to seal the openings, the thread they put on it is white and the quilt thread is pink.
An entire side of my quilt lay flat like an omelette. So sad

The first time they shrunk a sweater, and damaged a limited edition graphic tee.
The second they shrunk another sweater.
I speak fluent Spanish, and they *assured* me that they wouldn’t machine wash my belongings, but they almost certainly did. I’ve never had this issue at “dry cleaners” anywhere else in the states or here in Mexico. They’ve cost me around $500USD in damages.
This is the tintorería close to my house, so I’m looking for another now.
