En el primer intento de entrega me regresaron las prendas sucias y dañadas, en el segundo intento solo me entregaron una prenda ya limpia, pero la otra dañada, y en el tercer intento me la entregaron menos dañada por qué intentaron salvarla, pero definitivamente ya no era el mismo color de cuando la lleve, pero como no hay nadie capaz que pueda dar una solución, pues me quedé con el daño.

On the first delivery attempt they returned the dirty and damaged garments to me, on the second attempt they only delivered one garment that was already clean, but the other was damaged, and on the third attempt they delivered it to me less damaged because they tried to save it, but definitely not anymore It was the same color as when I wore it, but since there is no one capable of giving a solution, I kept the damage.
