★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando entregué mi prenda me atendió un joven muy amable y confiable pero al recoger mi ropa me percate de muchas manchas con efecto (orinado) que se notaban mucho, así que regrese a decirle que mis prendas no habían quedado bien.
Creo que el trato que dan no es apropiado ya que si ven que efectivamente no entregaron limpias las prendas deberían ofrecer una disculpa y una solución pronta al cliente en lugar de ponerse a la defensiva y enojarse por algo que ellos no hicieron bien.
Me dió desconfíanza dejar mis prendas pues note que la chica estaba muy enojada y ya solo quería que me fuera de su local.
Ojalá mejoren el trato y la calidad de su servicio, lamentablemente tengo que dejarles está puntuación.
When I delivered my garment, a very friendly and reliable young man attended to me, but when I picked up my clothes I noticed many stains with an effect (urination) that were very noticeable, so I returned to tell him that my clothes had not turned out well.
I think that the treatment they give is not appropriate because if they see that the garments were not delivered clean, they should offer an apology and a prompt solution to the customer instead of getting defensive and angry about something they did not do well.
I was suspicious of leaving my clothes because I noticed that the girl was very angry and just wanted me to leave her place.
I hope they improve the treatment and the quality of their service, unfortunately I have to leave you this score.
