★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, me entregaron sin botones mis abrigos y los arruinaron porque son botones exclusivos, no puedes poner otro botón porque no hace juego con el resto, además de que no tenían botones estaban sucios, es un servicio que no ofrece ninguna garantía, no lo recomiendo!!

La mujer que atendió el mostrador es una ignorante. Inicialmente te hace firmar un documento en el que eximes de toda responsabilidad a la tintorería por los daños que resulten en tus prendas durante el proceso, según dice es algo usual el pedirle al cliente que firme esto y que rara vez pasa algo.
Me entregan abrigos sin botones (varios, solo uno) y aún con manchas. Cuando reclamas por el daño se excusa en que se te informó de esto y que es tu culpa por aún así dejarla!!!!.
Me extraña que sólo unos cuantos opinemos de ello. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto e invito a mas personas a dejar su opinión. Anexo imagen del comprobante.

The woman who answered the counter is ignorant. Initially it makes you sign a document in which you exempt the dry cleaner from any responsibility for the damages that result in your clothes during the process, according to it is usual to ask the client to sign this and that something rarely happens.
They give me coats without buttons (several, only one) and still with spots. When you complain about the damage, it is excused that you were informed of this and that it is your fault to still leave it !!!!
I'm surprised that only a few of us think about it. I do not recommend it at all and I invite more people to leave their opinion. Annex image of the voucher.

Terrible attention, I brought a new suit to be ironed and they only threw it on a piece of furniture or hung it up, very bad I will not go again.
