★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!!! Hoy fueron por mi cobija artesanal y me la DAÑARON!!! La metieron en la secadora sabiendo QUE NO SE PODIA, ASI VIENEN LAS INSTRUCCIONES. El señor dijo que no tienen espacio para el secado y todo lo hacen a máquina. Venga o no en las instrucciones. Son los peores porque ni me van a reembolsar mi dinero.
Terrible service!!! Today they went for my handmade blanket and they DAMAGED ME !!! They put it in the dryer knowing that it CAN NOT BE COOKED, SO THE INSTRUCTIONS COME. The gentleman said that they do not have room for drying and they do everything by machine. Come or not in the instructions. They are the worst because they will not reimburse me for my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Primero que nada llegué y nadie de los tres que estaban me atendían hasta que yo les di las buenas tardes y les pedí que necesitaba dejar un saco y una corbata. Ya cuando me atendieron lo hicieron de mala gana. Dejé un saco y una corbata y después de dos semanas que me acorde en regresar resultó que la corbata no me la habían cobrado y que bueno por que al parecer no le habían hecho nada. Seguía con las mismas manchas con las que la entregue. El que estaba atendiendo incluso me acusó de que esa corbata no era mía. Le dije que yo deje la corbata colgada por encima del saco ya que el decía que venía en la bolsa del saco.
Resumen, mal servicio e incumplimiento.
Terrible service. First of all I arrived and none of the three who were there attended to me until I said good afternoon and asked them that I needed to leave a coat and a tie. When they attended to me, they did it reluctantly. I left a coat and a tie and after two weeks I agreed to return it turned out that the tie had not been charged and that good because apparently nothing had been done to him. It was still with the same spots with which I delivered it. The one who was attending even accused me that that tie was not mine. I told him to leave the tie hanging over the jacket since he said it came in the jacket bag.
Summary, poor service and non-compliance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echaron a perder un abrigo de cashmere de color crudo que tenía apenas tres meses de uso. Lo mancharon con solvente de color azul y ofrecieron pagar el 60% del valor del suéter a pesar de estar prácticamente nuevo. Además se querían quedar con mi prenda, no dudo que la pudieran desmanchar y finalmente quisieran quedársela o sacarle provecho. Lo mismo hicieron con otra clienta que estaba ahí, le echaron a perder varias prendas y la señorita que atiende pues no puede hacer más. Finalmente es empleada pero no se hacen responsables de sus errores aunque en realidad no veo porqué deban estar cometiendo errores tan simples como poner solvente azul a la ropa de color hueso/beige/crudo. Ojalá hubiera visto la mala reputación que tiene esta tintoreria en google nunca hubiera utilizado sus servicios.
They ruined an ecru cashmere coat that was barely three months old. They stained it with blue solvent and offered to pay 60% of the value of the sweater despite being practically new. In addition they wanted to keep my garment, I have no doubt that they could remove the stains and finally they wanted to keep it or take advantage of it. They did the same with another client who was there, they spoiled several clothes and the lady who attends can not do more. She is finally employed but they are not responsible for her mistakes although I really don't see why they should be making mistakes as simple as putting blue solvent on off-white/beige/off-white clothes. I wish I had seen the bad reputation this dry cleaner has on google I would never have used their services.
