★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuvieron extraviado un vestido de gala 7 días, tuve que conseguir otro para mí evento. Ninguno de los empleados supo dónde quedó, quedaron en marcarme y al final me dijeron que lo habían encontrado en una oficina (?)
They had a gala dress lost for 7 days, I had to get another one for my event. None of the employees knew where it was, they agreed to mark me and finally told me that they had found it in an office (?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Will get your clothes ready same day if it is urgent for you. Love that they use such a pleasant smelling softener, and generous amount, for my bedsheets and covers!! Had an issue once that they didn't get my clothes ready by the time agreed. Manager offered an apology and 30% discount on the note. Very thoughtful!?
