No me recibieron una prenda por pelos de gato y lo comprendo, pero pedí como apoyo me prestaran su diurex y simplemente no se pudo, así que por está ocasión tuve que ir a otro lado que me cobraron 5 pesos más pero me resolvieron el problema. Mi calificación en general es 4 estrellas, pero por ahora bajare a 3 estrellas. REGRESE después de 2 años y la misma persona (hombre) que recibe las prendas es muy grosero, mala atención, jetón, se atreve a regañar al cliente, muy mal El Cisne que sus años de gloria terminaron hace 2 años, los bajo a CERO estrellas, el 3.9 que tienen es muy alto para la atención y servicio actual que tienen, no se engañen.
I would recommend to the owners not to let go of a somewhat dismayed customer. They did not receive me a garment because of cat hair and I understand it, but I asked for their support to lend me their diurex and it simply could not be done, so this time I had to go elsewhere, they charged me 5 pesos more but they solved the problem. My overall rating is 4 stars, but for now I will downgrade to 3 stars. RETURN after 2 years and the same person (man) who receives the garments is very rude, bad attention, jetón, dares to scold the client, very bad El Cisne that his years of glory ended 2 years ago, I lower them to ZERO stars, the 3.9 they have is very high for the current attention and service they have, do not be fooled.
