★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vine 3 veces diferentes por la misma ropa. La primera no tenían mi ropa lista, qué era para el día anterior. La segunda me dieron la ropa a medias después de esperar 20 minutos y la tercera tuve que esperar otros 20 minutos para recibir el resto.
I came 3 different times for the same clothes. The first time they didn't have my clothes ready, which was for the day before. The second time they gave me half clothes after waiting 20 minutes and the third time I had to wait another 20 minutes to receive the rest.

Ponen mantas ofreciendo un costo por kilo pero realmente no aplica a nada porque lo empleados deciden que aplica y que no pero dicen que no tienen que especificar. Hasta me regresaron mis prendas por cuestionar qué precios aplican ya que no ponen lo que está en la lista de precios. Uno de ellos hasta me quito mi recibo y me dijo que vaya con profeco que igual tienen todo arreglado. Pedí hablar con el dueño y me lo negaron y no dan contacto. Hubo dos personas más allá como testigos. Lo mejor sería que hacienda y profeco investigan que tipo de negocios oscuros están haciendo ahí. Un lugar que no te deja ni tu recibo no hacen facturas ybsolonacceptaneffectovo algo tiene que estar escondiendo.
Terrible experience. They say a price and then charge triple. They put up blankets offering a cost per kilo but it doesn't really apply to anything because the employees decide what applies and what doesn't but they say they don't have to specify. They even returned my clothes to me for questioning what prices apply since they do not put what is on the price list. One of them even took away my receipt and told me to go with a teacher, they still have everything fixed. I asked to speak to the owner and they denied it and did not give contact. There were two other people as witnesses. The best thing would be for hacienda and profeco to investigate what kind of dark business they are doing there. A place that does not leave you or your receipt does not make invoices and absolutely accepts something that has to be hiding.

La primera vez que fui dijeron inicialmente que daban factura, pero el día que recogí mi ropa salieron con que debí avisarles antes de hacer el recibo inicial, además en esa ocasión la ropa me fue entregada incompleta pues viven en el desorden.
La segunda vez, pedí factura desde el inicio y me dijeron que no daban!, Su atención es pésima y su impuntualidad mayor aún, manejan los descuentos al tenor del ánimo del tipo del front desk.
Terrible service and attention to these types. The first time I was, they initially said that they were giving an invoice, but the day I picked up my clothes they came out with which I had to notify them before making the initial receipt, in addition on that occasion the clothes were delivered incompletely because they live in the mess.
The second time, I asked for an invoice from the beginning and they told me that they were not giving !, Their attention is very bad and their unpunctuality even greater, they handle the discounts according to the mood of the type of the front desk.

Destruyó parte de mi ropa y se negó a asumir la responsabilidad. Solo inventé excusas. En el caso de la sudadera con capucha, insistieron en que era culpa mía porque, según ellos, las sudaderas con capucha de algodón deben lavarse en seco. Dame un respiro. Evita este lugar.
