★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de profesionalismo, me quemaron 2 chamarras de 8 prendas que lleve y una no la an entregado Porque no ha planchado.
Fecha de entrega el lunes y es jueves y no hay respuesta de solución a mis prendas confiadas.
No es la primera vez que llevaba mis prendas ahí.
Sin embargo considero que como cliente, tendría que dar solución inmediata ya que te confian un trabajo y no hay más responsable que el dueño independientemente de qué el trabajo no lo realice él.
Considero que si tengo un negocio el responsable soy yo, ya que a mí me confían sus prendas y yo doy la cara, claro cuando se es profesional, lo que no hay aquí.
Espero que pronto den solucion, independientemente de que el sr. Dice que el instructivo de lavado no era el correcto, ellos como profesional o con "experiencia" debería tener el conocimiento para tratar las prendas confiadas.
Ya que no es la primera vez que se lavan y no había pasado esto.
Si ustedes busca servicio profesional para sus prendas este no es el lugar indicado.
Si busca servicio a pesar de que le salgan con una situación como la mía, de que quemen su ropa o no la tengan a tiempo, puede confiar en este establecimiento.
