Nada profecionales por telefono, no buscan dar opciones pero mas bien que el cliente se resigne y cuelgue o busque opciones de tintoreria en otro lado. Cambian ganchos originales con forros por ganchos de metal. Muy decepcionado por el servicio. Precios bastante accesibles aun asi no vale la pena ahorrarse unos centavos para el pesimo servicio ofrecido en general
Very bad service. It does not meet its delivery times. Nothing professional by phone, they do not seek to give options but rather that the client resigns and hangs up or looks for dry cleaning options elsewhere. They change original hooks with linings for metal hooks. Very disappointed in the service. Quite accessible prices even so it is not worth saving a few pennies for the terrible service offered in general

Un día martes deje mi saco para supuestamente para pintar, lavar y planchar; en la nota de la supuesta tintorería decía que lo tendrían el viernes por la tarde, pero decidí ir hasta el sábado por la mañana, Error!
Llego el sábado por la mañana y la señora que “supuestamente atiende” fue quien me recibe.
La salude con unos buenos días y esta persona si quiera me volteo a ver y menos me respondió el saludo, al parecer estar en el face es lo más importante para muchos por lo cual procedí a indicarle que vengo por mi saco y me lo entrega, destacó que no lo revise en el momento porque llevaba prisa pero vaya sorpresa me lleve al llegar a mi casa que al ver el saco veo que está llena de “pelos” y con residuos “blancos”.
No lo recomiendo para nada! Espero que a alguien le sirva mi comentario y busquen otras opciones

One day Tuesday I left my coat for supposedly to paint, wash and iron; in the note from the supposed dry cleaner it said they would have it on Friday afternoon, but I decided to go until Saturday morning, Wrong!
I arrived on Saturday morning and the lady who "supposedly attends" was the one who received me.
I greeted her with a good morning and this person even turned to look at me and less answered the greeting, apparently being in the face is the most important thing for many for which I proceeded to indicate that I came for my bag and gave it to me, He stressed that I did not check it at the time because I was in a hurry but what a surprise it took me when I got to my house that when I saw the bag I see that it is full of "hairs" and with "white" residues.
I do not recommend it at all! I hope someone will find my comment useful and look for other options
