Pésima atención de los "directivos". Llevé mi edredón a lavar y fui la fecha en que me dijeron que estaría listo. Me dijeron que fuera al día siguiente porque aún no lo llevaban a la tienda. Fui dos días después con la jota (que aún conservo) y aún no lo tenían, por lo cual me contacté con los teléfonos que me proporcionaron y me dijeron que no lo tenían, que lo más probable es que se hubiesen equivocado de sucursal, que les diera dos días más y ellos me llamarían. Les di 5 días y me comuniqué, y la mujer que se hace llamar la gerente dijo que pues se había perdido que seguro era con el repartidor pero que ella iba a buscarlo personalmente. Así se la llevó durante dos semanas y tuve que estar llamando yo. Luego dijo que él encargado de otra sucursal me llamaría, cosa que el tipo me dijo que él personalmente lo buscaría. No sucedió. Los estuve buscando y la mujer me dijo que la solución que me daba sería darme uno de algún cliente que olvidó el suyo 6 meses atrás o que si no me parecía fuese a Profeco, que de igual forma ellos estaban respaldados. ¿Quién nos respalda a nosotros los consumidores?
