★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en Tintorería Max de Patio Santa Fe , me dejaron unos tapetes que siempre mando a lavar ahí y me los entregaron súper sucios ( Estaban prácticamente nuevos) Fui a hablar con la señora Araceli que es la administradora y fue muy grosera en todo el sentido de la palabra, no me dio ninguna solución y por el contrario empezó a subir su tono de voz cada vez más .
Me parece una falta de respeto que si bien cometieron el error de entregarme las cosas así ( Puedo entenderlo si pasó algo) pero que me brinden una solución.
Lamentablemente han perdido una muy buena cliente!
Terrible service at Dry Cleaners Max in Patio Santa Fe, they left me some rugs that I always send to wash there and they gave them to me super dirty (They were practically new) I went to talk to Mrs. Araceli who is the administrator and she was very rude in every sense of the word, he did not give me any solution and on the contrary he began to raise his tone of voice more and more.
It seems disrespectful to me that although they made the mistake of giving me things like that (I can understand it if something happened) but that they provide me with a solution.
Unfortunately they have lost a very good customer!
