They do not do their job well, they are incompetent, arrogant and rude, they make decisions about your clothes before consulting you and then they want to charge for that, not at all reliable.

Llevé dos docenas para PLANCHADO, me regresaron sólo 22 prendas. Me dijeron que las iban a buscar y que regresara después por ellas. Ahora me salen con que ya checaron el video de vigilancia y que solo llevé 22 prendas!!!!!!! En el ticket claramente dice que llevé 24 prendas, SON UNOS RATEROS Y NO TE REGRESAN TU ROPA!!!! Y cuando llamé para quejarme, tuvieron un PÉSIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE Y NO ME SOLUCIONARON NADA.
CLOTHES ARE STOLEN AT MAX DYERS !!!!
I took two dozen to IRONING, only 22 garments returned. They told me they were going to look for them and to come back later for them. Now they come out with the fact that they have already checked the surveillance video and that I only wore 22 clothes !!!!!!! On the ticket it clearly says that I brought 24 items, THEY ARE RATERS AND THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CLOTHES !!!! And when I called to complain, they had a MASSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SOLVED NOTHING.
