★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre tienes que regresar una o dos veces para recoger tu ropa, empezó siendo una atención y servicio muy bueno, pero debido a su rotación continua de personal, terminas haciendo corajes, además de que pides una indicación por ejemplo remarcado de cuellos o no desabotonar los mismos y terminan sin remarcar, desabotonando y usan mucho plástico, que aunque pidas que no pongan plásticos, terminen poniéndole plásticos.
Regresaré porque necesito el servicio, pero espero que mis comentarios ayuden a mejorar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!!! Dejamos un abrigo y nos dijeron que podemos recogerlo el sábado, nunca me dijo una hora para recogerlo. Cuando llegamos a recogerlo, a las 3 pm, aparte de que se tardaron un buen rato para atendernos nos dijeron que no estaba listo aún,que lo recogeríamos después de las 5pm. Esperamos unas horas y regresamos a las 6pm, con la sorpresa de que está cerrado. Había personal adentro y me dijeron que no, que no podían dármelo porque ya estaba cerrado.
Primera y última vez.
Terrible service!!! We left a coat and they told us that we can pick it up on Saturday, they never told me a time to pick it up. When we arrived to pick it up, at 3 pm, apart from the fact that it took a long time to attend to us, they told us that it was not ready yet, that we would pick it up after 5 pm. We wait a few hours and return at 6pm, to the surprise that it is closed. There were staff inside and they told me no, they couldn't give it to me because it was already closed.
First and last time.
