★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Han mejorado su servicio al cliente en la sucursal y eso se agradece, aunque aun tienen errores de entrega, tienes que presionar para que resuelvan los inconvenientes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se cotizó un envío a domicilio, se puso la dirección con C.P y se contrató el servicio.
El día que iba a llegar la mercancía nos contactaron para pedir que se les enviara la ubicación y una vez recibida nos dijeron que no tenían cobertura en esa zona.
Se tuvo que ir a recoger a sucursal y aunque evidentemente disminuyeron el costo, nos hicieron quedar mal con nuestro cliente ya que la mercancía no fue entregada en tiempo ni forma.
Además sus repartidores no tuvieron ni el mínimo tacto para explicar la situación.
En definitiva no recomendaría la paquetería ni volvería a contratar el servicio.
A home delivery was quoted, the address was entered with C.P and the service was contracted.
The day the merchandise was to arrive they contacted us to ask that the location be sent to them and once received they told us that they had no coverage in that area.
They had to go to pick up the branch and although they obviously reduced the cost, they made us look bad with our client since the merchandise was not delivered in a timely manner.
In addition, his distributors did not have the slightest tact to explain the situation.
In short, I would not recommend the parcel or use the service again.
