Estas chicas son amables, pero siempre quieren acabar rápido, las fotos son muy malas ya no cuidan detalles. Antes ponían esmero en su trabajo, ahora de verdad les urge terminar rápido. Los fondos que ponen son los mismos, no sugieren nada nuevo. Es mi tercer bb y dista mucho del primero y del segundo, con este. Solo fui a 2 sesiones y cambié. Es una pena que ofrezcan un trabajo de buena calidad pero con un servicio al cliente deplorable, la razón por la que fui con ustedes fue por mera recomendación de que hacían un gran trabajo y de que daban un gran servicio a sus clientes, pero la realidad que a mí me tocó fue que en definitiva no. Es increíble que en la semana haya pedido una cita y horario de atención...y que cuando les pedí por un horario me comentaron que de ser más temprano, sería mejor, y así lo hice, hasta llegué 10 minutos antes al estudio. Pero lo que más inconforme me tiene, es el hecho de que uno paga fotos de estudio con la intención de tener buena calidad de fotos, de que lo orienten sobre como posar de acuerdo a la razón por las que se necesitan las fotos y que solo me dijeran "pues como te quieras poner", eso no es profesional ni mucho menos que pareciera que tuvieran prisa por tomarme las fotos como si me hicieran un favor en vez de que estoy pagando por el servicio porque en vez de preocuparse por que el cliente quedara contento con las fotos y resultados, todavía me dicen "no tenemos mucho tiempo".
