★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no contestan, no abren la sucursal de Cuauhtemoc, hablamos al 01 800 y nos dejaron 10 minutos esperando, cero compromiso con el cliente, no entienden que el paquete que esta uno esperando lo necesita.
Terrible service, they do not answer, they do not open the Cuauhtemoc branch, we talked to 01 800 and they left us waiting for 10 minutes, zero commitment with the client, they do not understand that the package that this one is waiting for needs it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy difícil contactarlos para información, los teléfonos siempre están descolgados o fuera de servicio y el que sirve siempre ocupado. He intentado por espacio de medio día y nada. Varios problemas en la entrega desde tiempos de entrega hasta cajas abiertas..
Very difficult to contact them for information, the phones are always off the hook or out of service and the one who serves is always busy. I have tried for half a day and nothing. Various delivery problems from delivery times to open boxes.

Jamás la usen, hay muchas opciones más, si yo hubiera visto los comentarios antes, otra cosa hubiera Sido, me echaron a perder mercancía y no se hacen responsables, se pasan la bolita entre todos, pero q tal para cobrar!! Lo más caro q hay, ojo amigos, no lo recomiendo para nada, pésimo, pésimo servicio!!!! Ni punto de estrella les doy, fuera tiny pack!!!
Eye!! A crap company! Never use it, there are many more options, if I had seen the comments before, something else would have been, I was spoiled merchandise and do not take responsibility, they pass the ball among all, but such q to charge! The most expensive thing is, my friends, I do not recommend it at all, lousy, terrible service !!!! No point of star I give, out of tiny pack !!!
