Lamentablemente no han dado seguimiento en atención al cliente (capacitarlos de vez en cuando es fundamental)
Antes, hablo de hace más de 10 años era la mejor. En precio calidad y servicio. Los conozco desde que era niña, ahora su SABOR Y CALIDAD han bajado. El personal ya no te atiende igual.
Antes hasta mini paletas daban de pruebas.
Saben.. yo sé que tal vez tengan más gente y la demanda creció.
En todo caso debería contemplar más sucursales, en vez de aminorar su calidad y servicio. (Esto no es de ahora, ya tiene al menos tres años que ha ido bajando) pero la última vez que lo probé.
Hace un mes, no me gustó nada.
Por el momento, dejé de recomendarlos, era mi neveria favorita desde que iba en primaria, es una lástima.
Lo siento, espero llegue este mensaje a quién corresponda.
