Primero la cabaña está bien ya que tiene lo indispensable costo 750 por noche 2 camas matrimoniales también hay área verde donde puedes traer tu comida, 2 albercas y un chapoteadero. Una vista bonita al río y restaurante(con poca variedad). Segundo el tour de rafting y gruta. No me gustó que dijeron que llegara entre7 y 8 y salimos hasta las 9 tal vez porque muchos llegan tarde pero no soy de esos, la guía Isabel buena pero solo eso, falta un poco más de plática a los clientes, la ruta estubo bien, la gruta nos gustó mucho a pesar del frío. Si regresamos solo con más víveres porque cerca de ahí no hay mucha variedad solo comida chatarra. I divide it into 2. Te imaginas al llegar que será una estancia de calma y paz, ya que las cabañas son pocas y no podría haber tanta gente en el lugar. Pero lo nada agradable, es que le dan acceso a la gente que quiere ir a las a las albercas, eso incluye a toda persona que les pague la entrada, entonces toda tu paz que anciabas tener, se va con tu fallida expectativa -y eso que fuimos entre semana-. También hay que tener cuidado que no te asignen una cabaña con el excusado sin tapa, además de lo incómodo creo nadie les ha dicho que es sumamente anti higiénico. En cuanto al servicio es agradable, toma en cuenta que pagas tarifas de bajas estrellas, pero aún así, hay cosas que no deben dejar de haber por esa tarifa. It is a good place, in nature, full of life and beautiful energy. You imagine when you arrive that it will be a stay of calm and peace, since the cabins are few and there could not be so many people in the place. But the unpleasant thing is that they give access to people who want to go to the pools, that includes everyone who pays their entrance, then all your peace that you used to have, leaves with your failed expectation -and that that we went during the week-. You also have to be careful that they do not assign you a cabin with the toilet without a lid, in addition to being uncomfortable, I think no one has told you that it is extremely unhygienic. As for the service, it is nice, take into account that you pay low-star rates, but still, there are things that should not be missing for that rate.
E	ERIKA RENE GARCIA CAMPOS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito el lugar, sus habitaciones están amplias, los jardines limpios, al igual que las albercas, solo que no hay agua caliente los boilers nunca prendieron, el servicio de restaurante está bien, los platillos que ofrecen tienen buen sabor. The place is very nice, its rooms are spacious, the gardens are clean, as well as the pools, only there is no hot water, the boilers never turned on, the restaurant service is good, the dishes they offer taste good.

The place has a very good location, it is very close to the El Encanto waterfall, the rooms are very comfortable, but they need a little staff to give faster service in the restaurant.

Las instalaciones son perfectas, rodeadas de naturaleza. Las actividades y recorridos que ofrecen son increíbles para conectar con la naturaleza y pasar un gran día. Sin duda se llevan las 5 estrellas y mis ganas de regresar muy pronto! Excellent attention from the moment you arrive, all the staff is super attentive in everything you might need. The facilities are perfect, surrounded by nature. The activities and tours they offer are incredible to connect with nature and have a great day. Without a doubt they take the 5 stars and my desire to return very soon!

Muy atentos con el servicio al cuarto. Ahí mismo cuentan con servicio para ir a la Cascada el encanto $150 x persona si son más de 4personas. February 2022. Incredible place for the whole family and/or couple and for special events. It has a pool, green area, cabins and a spectacular view! Very attentive with room service. Right there they have a service to go to the Cascada el Encanto $150 per person if there are more than 4 people.

The location is very nice, outside of the noisy town, surrounded by nature, has a remarkable view of the river and valley and is in a walkable distance to the majestic waterfall. We rented a cabaña with the king size bed. A few points that are candidates for improvement: 1. They as well as the neighbors have chickens and roosters (some of them chained). Roosters were so dang loud the whole night. It was impossible to sleep, in the morning we were absolutely exhausted. 2. The bathroom was smelly and the toilet has no toilet seat. This is however a standard in the whole country. 3. The staff played very loud music in the restaurant area.
